Jacqueline Forester and her sister, Jillian, own Poirier’s Pastries, a bakery and catering business. Poirier’s Pastries use only high-quality, local ingredients from the farmers’ markets at which they sell their desserts. The sisters love this chance to meet and give back to their Scarborough neighbourhood.
