His mission: Make the world a better place through arts, culture and innovation. Sergei leads Scarborough Arts, and is the force behind the annual Scarborough Film Festival, which hosted 22 films from 11 countries and supported 56 artists this year; in five years, the festival has reached more than 15,000 spectators.
